CRANE ALLOCATOR / SCHEDULER REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START IN MUDGEE.

Strait Up Cranes is currently looking for a Crane Allocator / Scheduler for an immediate start in Mudgee. The Crane Allocator is responsible for managing the crane fleet and staff to ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet client and project needs. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent planning abilities, strong communication skills, coordination experience and experience in the crane industry.

The skills and qualifications required include:

Essential
• Business Management Experience or equivalent.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

• Excellent data analysis skills and research abilities.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED

Strait Up Cranes is currently seeking an Administration Assistant for an immediate start in Mudgee. The role includes a range of administration duties to support the crane operation business.

We are offering a Casual position working 3 days per week, 4 hours per day.

We are looking for someone with the following:
• Strong administration and organisational skills with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.
• Computer literacy and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
• Experience with Xero Accounting software (preferred but not essential).
• Ability and willingness to learn new software and programs.
• Personal attributes include good work ethic, reliability and the ability to multitask.

The duties include:
• Main responsibility is an Inductions Clerk to process company and staff inductions with our major clients
• Administration support to the management team including typing, filing, scanning, document management and answering the phone;
• Data entry;
• Keeping company compliance and other records up to date;
• Helping with other inductions, booking medicals and other training;
• Assistance with other ad-hoc tasks as required.

This is a varied role and we are offering above award hourly rates.
