ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED
Strait Up Cranes is currently seeking an Administration Assistant for an immediate start in Mudgee. The role includes a range of administration duties to support the crane operation business.
We are offering a permanent position with flexible or school hours available to the right applicant.
We are looking for someone with the following:
• Strong administration and organisational skills with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, staff and suppliers.
• Computer literacy and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
• Experience with Xero including invoicing and payroll.
• Ability and willingness to learn new software and programs.
• Excellent organisational abilities with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• A team player who enjoys being one of the go-to people within the office.
• Personal attributes include good work ethic, reliability and the ability to multitask.
The duties include:
• Administration support to the management team including typing, filing, scanning, document management and answering the phone.
• Invoicing and assistance with payroll.
• Keeping company compliance and other records up to date including some data entry.
• Assistance with rolling out tool-box talks and updating safety documentation.
• Maintaining asset and key registers.
• Project administration support.
• Assistance with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
This is a varied role and we are offering above award hourly rates.
